Custom Cut Vinyl Decals

Custom cut-vinyl decals made in-house. Price per decal before checkout tax, including standard cutting, normal weeding and transfer tape. Minimum price $5. Installation is not included.

Custom sizes welcome, including fractional inches. Measure the complete design, not individual letters. Rotate the measurement so the SHORTER side is first; it must be 24 inches or less. Choose the smallest listed size bracket that contains BOTH measurements, then enter your exact finished dimensions below. We will make the exact size you request, not automatically fill the bracket. Example: a 7×11-inch decal uses the up-to-8×12-inch bracket; a 3.5×20-inch decal uses up-to-4×24.

The second dimension is the length along the roll. Online size brackets extend through 120 inches long; this is not a production-length limit. Contact us for longer lengths, an unlisted size, or if you need help selecting the correct bracket. A design wider than 24 inches in BOTH directions needs a separate feasibility review and quote.

One vinyl color is included. Each additional color/layer adds 50% of the selected one-color size price to cover vinyl, weeding and layering. Select the number of colors and list the exact colors below. Larger pieces include additional handling time.

Specialty vinyl, tiny lettering, intricate artwork and extensive weeding require a custom quote BEFORE ordering. Upload cut-ready artwork or choose $30 design assistance. For text designs, enter exact wording, spelling and font preference.

Payment is required before design or production starts. Normal turnaround is 3–5 business days after verified payment and approved artwork; busy periods can take longer. Next-business-day rush is $30 and requires finished artwork, verified payment and an order before noon Eastern, subject to shop confirmation. Requested pickup dates are not guaranteed ready dates.

Quantity pricing is automatic for 10–24, 25–99 and 100 or more of the same size, material and printing choice in one order. The displayed dollar price is per piece, or per pack where the option is sold as a pack. Different products and separate orders do not combine. Design, rush and other separately charged services are additional.
